School Supplies Project
Round Rock ISD Partners in Education Foundation’s Annual School Supplies Project is an opportunity for local businesses, organizations, and community members to help provide basic school supplies to Round Rock ISD students in need and Early Career teachers to ensure they have the proper tools at the beginning of and throughout the entire school year.

Did you know that of the 48,000 students in Round Rock ISD, 19.2% of them face financial hardship, forcing their families to choose between buying groceries or essential school supplies? Additionally, more than 350 early-career teachers need help equipping their classrooms with the tools necessary for student success.
You Can Make a Difference
By donating to the Annual School Supplies Project, you can help ensure that every student and teacher has the resources they need for a successful school year. Thanks to generous community partners like YOU, the RRISD Partners in Education Foundation provides essential school supplies to those who need them most.
Your contributions will help fund:
– BRAND NEW, District-approved, school supply kits for students in need.
– School supplies in 350 “Welcome Boxes” for Early Career Teachers.
– School supplies for our Resource Boutique, which will be give to students throughout the school year.
– Take-home folders for elementary campuses

Make a Monetary Donation!
Host a School Supply Drive
We invite local businesses and community members to host a “school supply drive” to collect new school supplies, which will be included in over 350 “Welcome Boxes” for Early Career Teachers, pencil bags to be given out at RRISD’s Annual Back to School Celebration, and to stock our Resource Boutique. Drives can be hosted throughout the year!
Volunteer Opportunities
School Supply Box Assembly (July 16, 2025 from 9am-3pm PENDING)
Volunteers will help pack ~350 supply boxes for new teachers to RRISD.
School Supply Kit Distribution (August 7, 2025 from 8:30am-12pm PENDING)
Volunteers will help at our District warehouse to distribute EPI school supply kits into delivery bays for each campus. Please note, the warehouse is not air conditioned and this opportunity requires ability to lift 20+ lbs.
