The Alexia Journey Scordelis Memorial Scholarship recognizes a graduating Stony Point student with a GPA of 3.5 or above, has completed 80 hours of Tigers in Service by graduation, is attending a four-year university and exhibits hard work and compassion.
About the Scholarship
Alexia Journey Scordelis was relocated to heaven on February 21st, 2019, after a tragic car accident. Lexi loved life and all those she encountered. She never took things too seriously and was an excellent example of outstanding academics and compassion. She was beautiful inside and out and made loving others look easy.
The Alexia Journey Scordelis Memorial Scholarship is for students who exemplify a sense of community. To honor Alexia, this scholarship will be given to a graduating Stony Point student who has a GPA of 3.5 or above, has completed 80 hours of Tigers in Service by graduation, attending a four-year university and exhibits hard work and compassion.
